At Suniful™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, customer is responsible to cover the return shipping cost.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Is within 14 days of receiving your order.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Item must be unused with original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
To resolve such issues, email us at sunifulspf@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Once verified, we will take appropriate action, including replacement or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
